Hi, I’m Brian

In my late teens and early 20s, I was in a whirlwind of unhealthy behaviors.

Now, I am a somatic coach and therapist with over 7 years of experience, having coached 500+ men and accumulated over 2,000 clinical hours in therapeutic practice.
